What do you mean by help the process ? Like giving advices to create the folder or finding solutions when it's been first refused ?

Hi,

Both... I can have help to create the file & have a look to the file you submitted to check what's wrong an if we can arrange this.
Please keep in mind the belastingdienst may be "wrong" in some situations they did not spend appropriate time to process...
