Come along and see an international selection and competition of about 70 very short films, all packed into the maximum time of 3 minutes! It is in fact the only rule of the festival and so diversity, originality, creativity, and dynamism are definitely in!

Another quality of the Festival is its international standing in major cities throughout the world. Organised in Paris, this festival has impressed and charmed an increasing number of people wherever the screenings take place. And FINALLY IT IS IN AMSTERDAM!
